How to let go and overcome a bad mood.


1. GO TO THE ROOT. Don't be scared to confront the truth. Tell yourself that's the source of your bad mood  and don't avoid confrontation. Maybe you're dissapointed in yourself but can't admit it. Whatever it was you can't turn back the clock so you have to cope with anything happened.
2. TAKE RESPOSIBILITY.  If you did something wrong, admit it. Don't try to escape. Take responsibility for your decisions. But! It's your life so don't sit around waiting for changes and do something that will bring back your smile.
3.THINK IT OUT
4.CHANGE THE STORY IN YOUR HEAD. Maybe it isn't as bad as you imagine it. Try to think about it in a better light, in a more positive way. As someone else to tell you what's thier opinion. Others have always a fresh and emotionless view.
5.UPLIFT YOURSELF. Diffuse your negative feelings by generating positive ones.
